The person behind KC Collective — and the one who's genuinely excited to make your life easier.

20 minutes. No pressure. Just a conversation.

Hi, I'm Kristen. I help Businesses Breathe.

Why I started KC Collective.

I started KC Collective because I couldn’t stop seeing the same thing everywhere I looked: talented, passionate business owners absolutely drowning in the operational side of running a company. I’d watch people who were genuinely gifted at what they did spend their nights catching up on emails, their weekends untangling scheduling messes, and their mental energy on tasks that had nothing to do with why they started their business in the first place.

I knew I could help. I have a natural ability to walk into chaos and see the system hiding underneath it. I get energized by organizing, streamlining, and building processes that actually work. And I realized that if I could take those skills and put them to work for business owners who needed them, I could build something meaningful on my own terms. So that’s exactly what I did.

I also had a firsthand experience that showed me just how much of a difference this work can make. When I started supporting a local med spa with their administrative operations, I saw the owner transform, less stressed, more present with clients, actually able to focus on growing the business she’d worked so hard to build. That experience made everything click for me. KC Collective exists because business owners deserve a trusted partner in their corner, someone who shows up, follows through, and genuinely cares about their success.

"Kristen doesn't just 'organize things.' She thinks strategically, anticipates needs, simplifies complexity, and creates systems that are sustainable long term."

What I believe about business support.

"You should spend your time on what you're brilliant at. Everything else should be handled."

"Chaos isn't a personality trait, it's a systems problem. And systems problems have solutions."

"A business that runs smoothly isn't a luxury. It's what makes everything else possible."

A little more about me.

I’m a healthcare manager with over 10 years of experience in healthcare administration, including 8 years supporting hospital medicine teams as an administrative assistant and the last 2 years in leadership and management. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for organization, problem-solving, creating efficient systems, and helping businesses run smoothly behind the scenes.

Outside of work, I’ve been married to my husband for 20 years, and together we have two amazing daughters, ages 12 and 18. When I’m not working, you can usually find me spending time with family and friends, floating in the pool, boating, or planning our next vacation.

I started KC Collective because I wanted to build something meaningful, something that allows me to combine my experience, passion for helping others, and love for organization into a business that truly supports people. Every client I work with reminds me that this is exactly what I’m meant to be doing. KC Collective was created to help businesses feel less overwhelmed, more organized, and fully supported so they can focus on what they do best.
